Quai d'Orsay Learning Commons Quick FAQ

Entrances - There are two entrances into the Quai building. Also see map.

69 Quai d'Orsay, 75007 Paris - entrance accessible with your AUP card and during the office hours only.
6 rue Colonel Combes, 75007 Paris (through Combes building) - after the office hours, this is the main entrance.

Food/Snacks/Coffee - Snack and coffee machines are available in the basement/Sous Sol of the Quai building.

Group Study Rooms - There are some group study rooms in the Quai building. To reserve a group study room, go to http://aup.libcal.com and click Click here to reserve a Student space. There is one on the first floor and some on the 4th floor.  There is one on the 3rd floor only available after 6 pm.

Lockers - There are self-service lockers available at the entrance of the Quai building closest to Combes.

Navigation desk - This is the Service Desk for the entire Quai d'Orsay building. If you need help, this is a good place to go. This is where someone will be available to check in and check out books, give out reserves, give interlibrary loan items, and direct you to different areas in the building if you don't know where to go.

Quiet study area - The second floor is a designated quiet study area. Please be respectful of other students studying and staff with offices on the floors so everyone can work together well.

Where are library staff??

Library employees are spread out throughout the building. We are located on the ground floor, 1st floor, 2nd floor, and 4th floor! If you need help, you can always go to the Navigation Desk on the ground floor but there may be someone available on another floor to help if you need it.

Check our Staff Page for room numbers and floor information.
