As one of AUP's main student services, the library offers a variety of resources and professional help to the students, staff and faculty of AUP.
The American University of Paris Library has:
over 41,000 book volumes owned
over 1,100,000 electronic books available
over 128,000 films available (DVDs and online videos)
over 300 CDs owned (music and other) housed in
over 1350 linear meters of shelving
over 92,000 periodical titles available in print or electronic format in
4 reading and study areas with Wi-Fi access.
over 100 seats for the AUP Community who borrow
over 2,800 books and films per year, and use the online collection
over 18,000 times - electronic journal articles accessed
over 63,000 times - databases record are accessed at home or from
over 28,000 times - ebooks are accessed at home or from
22 research workstations and
3 catalog devoted workstations and
2 film viewing stations during the
7 days of the week or
54.5 hours per week that the Library is open; plus
27 additional Study Hours per week between midterms and final exams; plus the
32 additional overnight hours at the end of the semester

Since the University Library is not open to the general public, it is important to carry your valid AUP ID at all times to identify yourself.
